AmbitForge · rapid prototyping & micro-manufacturing

Parts, from the engineer you actually talk to.

Rapid prototyping and micro-manufacturing for drone, robotics, and R&D teams. Send a STEP file; get manufacturability notes, a fixed quote, and the part — handled end-to-end by the principal engineer, not a portal.

How it works

Drawing in, part out — three steps

01 · Send the file

Drawing review

Send a STEP, STL, or IGES file (or a sketch). We review it for manufacturability and flag anything that will fight the process before it costs you a print.

02 · Fixed quote

One quote, before work

You get a fixed quote — process, material, and lead time on it — within 2 business days. No instant-quote theater, no surprise line items.

03 · Build

Made and checked

The part is built, inspected, and shipped. Manufacturability notes come back with it, so the next revision starts ahead.

Ways to engage

Pick the fit — scan the “best when” column

Model Best when Typical duration Deliverable
Prototype Sprint You have a CAD file and need parts in hand to test a design. Fastest turn Printed / machined parts + manufacturability notes.
Design + Build You have a requirement or a sketch, not a finished model yet. Scoped per project CAD you approve, then the built and checked part.
Ongoing Support You iterate often and want a standing prototyping partner. Rolling / retainer Reserved capacity and a direct line for each revision.

Notes: 1. Typical durations and engagement ranges are provided with your fixed quote. 2. All work is quoted before it starts.

Proof

On the bench

First B2B builds are in progress. This portfolio grows one real, photographed build at a time — sketch, CAD, print, inspection. Nothing here is stock or staged. Want to be the first case study on the wall? Send a drawing.

Straight terms

What we make — and what we don’t

We do

  • Fixed quote before any work; process and lead time stated up front.
  • Structural and functional prototypes for drone, robotics, and R&D.
  • Access to your files restricted to quoting and building your part; mutual NDA on request, same-day signature.
  • Manufacturability notes returned with every part.

We don’t

  • Certify parts for production or manned-flight applications — parts are for prototyping and R&D use.
  • Take on export-controlled technical data without a compliance agreement in place first.
  • Reproduce licensed or third-party IP you don’t have rights to.
